This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the online shop Dsigns Dgital, operated by Dgital Dsigns.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital products are provided as downloadable files immediately after successful payment.

By purchasing a digital product, you expressly agree that:

  • the download begins immediately after payment, and
  • the right of withdrawal expires once the download has started.

Therefore, digital products are non-refundable.

Handmade products are created individually or in small quantities.

Due to their handmade and often customized nature, returns or refunds are not possible unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

If your handmade product arrives damaged or defective:

  • please contact me within 7 days of delivery
  • include a description and clear photos of the issue

If the claim is justified, a replacement or refund will be offered.

Services (such as design work, document editing, creative painting or renovation, organizing spaces-related services) are provided based on individual agreement.

Once work on a service has begun, refunds are not possible.

If a service has not yet started, cancellation may be possible by individual agreement.

Some products or services may be offered via external platforms (such as Amazon).

In such cases:

  • purchases are subject to the return and refund policies of the respective third-party provider
  • Dgital Dsigns has no control over their refund processes
