- Handmade physical products
- Digital products (downloads)
- Creative design services, including document design, organization, and creative painting or renovation-related services
Product descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge and belief.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices listed on this website are final prices.
According to §19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung), no value-added tax (VAT) is charged or shown.
Payments must be made using the payment methods offered during the checkout process.
Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.
The applicable prices at the time of the order apply.
4. Digital Products (Downloads)
Digital products are provided as downloadable files after successful payment.
By purchasing a digital product, the customer expressly agrees that:
- the download begins immediately after purchase, and
- the right of withdrawal expires once the download has started.
Digital products are intended for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
5. Handmade Physical Products
Handmade products are created individually or in small quantities.
Due to the handmade nature:
- slight variations in color, shape, or material may occur
- these variations do not constitute a defect
Shipping times may vary depending on product availability.
6. Services
Services are provided according to individual agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed:
- services are non-refundable once work has begun
- delivery times depend on the scope and complexity of the service
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Exceptions apply:
- Digital products once the download has started
- Customized or handmade products made specifically for the customer
- Services that have already begun with the customer’s consent

8. Liability
We are liable for intent and gross negligence.
For slight negligence, liability applies only in cases of breach of essential contractual obligations and is limited to foreseeable damage.
9. Copyright
All content, designs, digital products, and images are protected by copyright.
Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is not permitted.
10. Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
11. Final Provisions
If individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions are or become invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
